Yes, I went to see this movie all by my lonesome today. There was no one else in the theater.
Actually 2 teenage boys came in right before it started and I made them sit with me. Not because I would be scared, after all, that is the point of going to a scary movie--to be scared.
No, because they were goofy and I knew if they didn't sit next to me they would misbehave and wreck the movie experience for me. They did laugh every time I jumped, but that's OK, I laughed when the little one screamed like a girl!! And they got my stupid Double Tap joke! (Zombieland)
So anyway, this flick was mildly predictable, but still fun and scary. The worst part is the scene that depicts the poster.
Yes, a crazy person with a pitchfork in a room full of people strapped to hospital beds. Very aware of their demise, well, some of them.....EW!!
Good story, but again, it's the military's fault. Come on, how long we riding that scooter?
The chicks were not armed at all and that bothered me a lot. That would be the first thing I would look for. And there was always some creepy crazie in the shadows, staring....YUCK. Gives me the willies.
Starring my new friend Timothy Olyphant. Speaking of my new friend, his show on FX premieres tomorrow night at 10. Please watch and LMK your thoughts. I can't wait.
Rated R for the very obvious.
